Gratitude

There are so many ways to express gratitude for the things and people in our lives that matter most. For instance, in just a few minutes, we can celebrate our educations, our happy memories, the friendships we’ve made, our successes, our survival through the years and our love for our home and our college by singing “Carmen Ohio.” Taking a daily dose of “vitamin G” – gratitude – not only feels good, it’s good for you, too. Studies have shown that expressing gratitude can help improve stress reduction, sleep and immunity. May your heart rebound with joy as you share your gratitude with the world!
