Our student records managers maintain official academic records for students and programs at the college. They also manage the application and admissions processes for our undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs.
The student records managers maintain and process all data related to our academic programs. This includes data related to:
- application and admission
- current student records
- licensure and certification
- alumni records
The records managers generate reports for college leadership and faculty committees, as requested. This includes reports and data summaries for state and national agencies.
Education Verification Documentation Requests:
All requests for verification of degrees, specialties, certifications, coursework, etc. must be submitted by email only. No verification requests will be handled by phone, fax, or other means.

Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, verifications that require hard copy forms, affixed with the physical college seal, require a longer processing time than those that can be done electronically.
