The Ohio State University College of Nursing has reduced the number of prerequisites for admission to the online RN to BSN program. This change means that students are now required to take chemistry, microbiology, anatomy, biology and english prior to acceptance into our program.
Six beauty salons and barber shops in the Mt. Vernon area on the east side of Columbus are partnering with The Ohio State University College of Nursing to host free health screenings for adults on Friday and Saturday, April 6 and 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. thanks to the Barbers and Beauticians Who Care program. No appointment is necessary for adults in the area to receive screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar and stress.
