The Culmination of a Dream: Jane E. Heminger Hall Opens
Speakers at the Masterminds portion of the gala provided highlights of the college’s research and innovation leadership.
The College of Nursing swung open the doors of Jane E. Heminger Hall in August, welcoming students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors and partners who will use the 40,000-square-foot facility to think and achieve the impossible for the benefit of the world’s health and well-being. The building features a soaring, three-story, glass-enclosed atrium that serves as both a connector to the college’s long-time home of Newton Hall and a new and inviting destination for collaboration and transdisciplinary learning. Jane E. Heminger Hall creates a new gateway to Ohio State’s health science campus and serves as a home for the colleges’ flourishing portfolios in education, evidence-based practice, research, innovation, wellness and community impact.
