College of Nursing uses "March madness" to promote healthy living among central Ohio families

Health science experts and students from The Ohio State University will travel the state this month to teach healthy lifestyle behaviors, specifically geared to the prevention of heart attacks and strokes as part of the Department of Health & Human Services’ Million Hearts® Initiative.

Nursing students from higher education institutions throughout Ohio will converge at The Ohio State University College of Nursing on Oct. 26-27, 2012, for the Ohio Nursing Students Association (ONSA) Annual Convention.

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) announces the launch of a new program aimed at training more than 1,000 students, residents, fellows and practitioners to better serve Ohioans of all ages enrolled in the Medicaid program.
