Leslie Hill

Biography

Leslie is a trusted member of the Ohio State Total Health Care Center team. As the Community Health Worker, Leslie assists patients in accessing appropriate resources, coordinates referrals as necessary, provides community and educational support, and serves as a community liaison and advocate.
