RN License Instructions
Students are required to submit documentation from the state board of nursing licensure verification website for all RN licenses they possess, including the state where the student will be completing coursework.
Documentation must include all of the following information:
- Student’s Full Name
- License Number
- Expiration Date
- State of Authorization
- Board Action Status
If you are experiencing issues with submission, select the PDF file you wish to upload, and wait for the name of the file to appear prior to clicking “submit”.
