National APRN License Instructions

You are required to submit your national APRN certification. You must upload a summary of your National Certification including your full name, license number and expiration date. The screenshot of your certification can be taken from the Board of Nursing website. If your state’s Board of Nursing does not list your national certification, the national verification board provides a card that you can upload as a PDF to satisfy this requirement.
