COLUMBUS, OHIO – The American Academy of Nursing (AAN) has honored Bernadette Melnyk, PhD, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN as an Academy Edge Runner designee for her successful cognitive-behavioral skills building intervention programs. This is the third Edge Runner honor for Melnyk.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF) honored Margaret Graham, PhD, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, vice dean of The Ohio State University College of Nursing, with its 2019 Outstanding Nurse Practitioner Educator Award at NONPF’s annual conference in Atlanta on Saturday.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The National Academies of Practice (NAP) recently inducted Sharon Tucker, PhD, RN, APRN-CNS, F-NAP, FAAN from The Ohio State University College of Nursing as a new Distinguished Fellow of NAP in Nursing during a gala banquet in Pentagon City, Virginia.

Cindy Anderson, PhD, RN, APRN-CNP, FAHA, FNAP, FAAN, The Ohio State University College of Nursing associate professor and associate dean of academic affairs and educational innovation, was installed as the new president of the Midwest Nursing Research Society (MNRS) at the 2019 MNRS 43rd Annual Research Conference, March 29 in Kansas City, Missouri. Anderson previously served a one-year term as president-elect.
