The Ohio Children’s Alliance has received Innovation Funding from the OhioMHAS for a multi-pronged initiative aimed at equipping behavioral health agencies with essential resources and best practices for designing and implementing behavioral health respite care programs. A key component of this initiative involves the development of a comprehensive white paper to provide evidence-based recommendations, practical resources and insights to help providers enhance respite care services.

This study will expand our fundamental understanding of executive function deficits in breast cancer survivors and contribute to developing effective, targeted multimodal interventions to prevent and/or treat executive function deficits in young breast cancer survivors. The startle eyeblink reaction in electromyography will be used to objectively evaluate intolerance of uncertainty.

The proposed pilot study will investigate whether intolerance of uncertainty links to executive function difficulty in young breast cancer survivors. This research will be used to inform the discussion of screening, preventing and treating executive function deficits in young breast cancer survivors.

This study aims to determine the efficacy of E. coli Nissle 1917 probiotic to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in a real-world setting. The long-range goal is to find alternatives to antibiotic treatment and prevention of UTIs.
