The College of Nursing has launched its inaugural Nurse Athlete program, a two-day workshop that assists individuals in achieving high levels of wellness, energy and performance. Forty faculty and staff members from the college, along with nurse leaders from the Wexner Medical Center and The James Cancer Center are participating this week. The program is offered in partnership with Johnson & Johnson's Human Performance Institute. Plans are underway to launch national nurse and clinician athlete programs as well as expand the initiative to enhance health and wellness of university employees.
