Virtual Trails
If you miss biking, walking or jogging across campus, you can visit this new playlist on our YouTube channel of videos of campus trails. Hop on your exercise bike or treadmill and watch as we take you past familiar sights like Mirror Lake, the Wexner Center for the Arts and Chadwick Arboretum. Or just enjoy the scenery for a bit of nostalgia and environmental wellness as the videos cruise the familiar streets and pathways of Ohio State. Be sure to share with your old campus friends, too.
Remember, just 30 minutes of exercise each day can make a great improvement on your health, but even 11 minutes of physical activity a day can enhance your cardiovascular health. It doesn’t have to be all at the same time, either: Try one of these videos when you have a moment, then add in more time later by walking, going up and down stairs or whatever exercise you enjoy most.
