- Post-Master's (non-degree) students completing coursework must log into the College of Nursing StudentWeb (Sharepoint) to download this form.
- Student must send the form to their faculty advisor for their signature (electronic signatures are acceptable).
- Submit completed form with advisor’s signature or confirmation of completion, as a pdf or MS Word document, to CON-gradrecords@osu.edu.
- Because the College of Nursing Post Masters option is non-degree seeking, these students are not included in the university’s Commencement exercises and we are unable to include the specialty on the transcript.
- Post Masters (non-degree) students are invited to the College of Nursing’s Convocation ceremony.
