Key CE objectives

-
Analyze current trends, challenges and opportunities within the global nursing workforce, including migration, retention, scope of practice and regulatory differences.
-
Discuss the role of the U.S. nursing workforce in shaping global nursing policy, education and clinical standards.
-
Reflect on how U.S.-based nurses and nurse leaders can engage in ethical and effective global health partnerships that go “beyond Neil Avenue.”
This activity awards 1 contact hour of continuing education. Successful completion requires attendance for 80% of the session and submission of an evaluation form.
