Biography
Susan R. Ferguson graduated in 1995 from The Ohio State University's College of Nursing's first Women's Health Nurse Practitioner class. She began working in an OB/GYN private practice providing care for women across the lifespan including antepartum care. Susan has also been a preceptor for APN students.
Ferguson has been with the College of Nursing since 2006. She started in 301 Fundamentals with the sophomore class as a clinical instructor at Dodd Hall. Currently, Ferguson is a course head in 404 Maternal/Child nursing at the junior level with the undergraduate students. She is also a clinical instructor in 503 & 633 Leadership courses in L&D and High-Risk Antepartum units.
Ferguson received her BSN from Ohio Wesleyan University, and her MS from The Ohio State University's College of Nursing. She is a member of the OAAPN.
