ACLS and PALS CPR Certification Instructions

BSN to DNP Nurse Anesthesia students are required to complete both an ACLS Provider and PALS Provider CPR certification course through the American Heart Association. No other CPR certifications will be accepted by the College of Nursing.

Submit your ACLS CPR certification using this form. This certification expires every two years. Re-certification documentation must be submitted to the college before the expiration date to remain compliant.
