Online Support Group for Individuals Living with Dementia

Connect with a community of people who understand.

These online support groups are free, accessible from home and conducted by trained facilitators to create a safe place for people living with dementia to:

  • develop a support system
  • exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions
  • talk though issues and ways of coping
  • share feelings, needs and concerns
  • learn about community resources
