Margaret Graham
Margaret Graham, PhD, APRN-CNP, FAANP, FNAP, FAAN, is Vice Dean and an associate professor. An expert nurse practitioner, she has been educating students on nursing and health policy for more than 40 years. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner. She teaches at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Research Interests
Dr. Graham's interests include health policy issues related to nursing practice, primary care delivery, interprofessional education, population health, improving health promotion and disease prevention, providing greater access to patients through telehealth and to nursing education through online delivery methods. She is active at the state level in moving legislation and policies forward that will allow APRNs and RNs to provide the citizens of Ohio greater access to primary care.

Faculty member recognized for impact and influence in the healthcare field
The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) named faculty member Jessica Fritter, DHSc, MACPR, ACRP-CP, FACRP, as part of its 2026 class of Fellows.
New research shows that overall, the prevalence of adverse and positive childhood experiences reported by parents of teenagers hasn’t changed substantially in the United States in recent years.
The findings suggest that interventions designed to boost positive family experiences and shield children from negative experiences may not be hitting the mark on a national scale, the study’s authors say.
