CTEP schedules first EBP workshop

Menon named vice dean of college
Usha Menon, PhD, RN, FAAN, has joined The Ohio State University College of Nursing as vice dean and professor. (more)

College launches 'Athlete' program
The College of Nursing has launched its inaugural "Athlete" program, a two-day workshop that assists individuals in achieving high levels of wellness, energy and performance. Forty faculty and staff from the college, along with nurse leaders from the Medical Center and The James are participating this week. The program is offered in partnership with Johnson & Johnson's Human Performance Institute. Plans are underway to launch national nurse and clinician athlete programs as well as expand the initiative to enhance health and wellness of university employees. New RN to BSN dates set
The RN to BSN application deadline and other dates have been adjusted as follows: Application deadline for summer enrollment is now February 1, 2012; prerequisites can now be taken as late as spring quarter 2012; RN licensure deadline is now October 1, 2012.
