Workshop dates: May 7-9, September 22-24, and November 3-5, 2014, at Longaberger Alumni House, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio

As an added benefit, you will receive coaching support for 12 months after the workshop to help you apply what you have learned.

Emotional and social intelligence Find out what motivates you and how to motivate others for maximum success; manage your emotions and help your team do the same during difficult situations
Creating and sustaining evidence-based practice environments Gain knowledge on how you and your staff can use evidence to improve results in all areas of patient care
High value, low cost health care Balance the current state of healthcare policy and regulations with leading edge practice and patient and employee advocacy
