Senior care part-time or live in part-time

My mother is 77 with Parkinson's and lives with family. We would like to hire a nursing student to help care for her. We are open to regular part-time but would prefer live in help, which would include room and board and use of a car. My mother kind and appreciative of all care-givers. She needs help with, meal preparation, bathing, toileting, oral medications, and moving around the house safely. She can walk, but is unsteady.
